Neulonut kyllä olen mutta lähes kaikki työt on kesken. Neuleinnon lopahtamista on myös ollut havaittavissa näin keväällä.
Nyt kuitenkin päätin ryhdistäytyä, kun sain yhden työn valmiiksi asti.
I thinks is useless to appologise for the silence in the blog, cause it seems it might continue in the future too.
I've been knitting though, but everything is unfinished. I've also had problems finding the motivation to knit during the spring time.
However I desided to push my self to write now, when I finally got something finished.
Puolitoista viikkoa sitten perjantaina hurahdin ostamaan juhlamekon ja lauantai-iltana totesin, että se kaipaa huivia kaverikseen. Ei muuta kuin lankavarastoja penkomaan ja TYC:stä ylijäänyt lanka päätyi puikoille. Siitä valmistui yhden illan ja aamun aikana Flower Basket Shawl ja viime viikonloppuna se pääsi mekon kanssa juhlistamaan pienen ihmisen ristiäisiä.
Week and a half ago on friday I went and bought a dress and on saturday evening I noticed that it'll need a shawl as a companion. The left over yarn from TYC seemed like a nice choice. During saturday evening and sunday morning I knitted myself a Flower Basket Shawl and last weekend I wore the dress and the shawl in a christening.
Pattern: Flower Basket Shawl Yarn: Grignasco Merinofine ~50g
Needles: 3,75mm lace addi
Other: Easy and very pretty pattern. It took about 10 hours to finish it.
Aurinko tosin paistoi koko päivän niin kauniisti, että huivi joutui hyllylle varsinaisen kastetilaisuuden jälkeen.
The sun was shining so hotly the whole day, that I had to ditch the shawl after the official part and continue partying whitout it.
